ERIC CHOW

Our young chef Eric Chow has been learning to cook from his father for 2 years since he was 16. He worked as the sous chef in various well-known Chinese restaurants such as The Dragon Palace, Zen, Ho Choi Seafood Restaurant and Hing Fat Roast Restaurant. In early 2014, he became the head chef of **Chrisly Inn**, the new branch of Chrisly Café.
